Leon is based in Melbourne and has worked interstate and internationally in various strategic, consulting, and educational roles.
Over 35 years in consulting, he has worked with Political Influencers, Members of Parliament, and Boards, as well as CEOs and Executives in Family Businesses, across a range of industries. He has initiated and managed international projects in Europe and the USA.
Leon developed an integrated web-based e-commerce application for the soft-furnishing industries. He based himself in New York around the dot-com Boom and Bust, to promote the idea and raise capital for the project.
He has worked as a consultant for PWC, has been a Film Producer, and a Marketing Manager for the production arm of a Metropolitan TV station, and has created courses and lectures at multiple universities.
